What's in my "make up" bag?
I've been seeing a lot of "what's in my bag/purse/make up bag" post lately. And I don't know about you guys but I love seeing what products people love to have on the go and even get ideas. So I was in the parking lot at work waiting until it was time to clock in & was reaching for my lip balm and was like "hmm let's see what I have in here" so here is the results. I apologize of it comes out disorganized. I been blogging on my iPhone app.
1. This is the inside of my make up bag.
2. I bought it at target for $12.99. Here's the Sonia Kashuk logo.
3. I bought it in sparkly silver. Just because I was feeling festive. It was a couple weeks ago!
4. Everything fits perfectly!
5. First, I always keep band aids. This are hello kitty theme. I like them so much! They were 15 for $1.00 at target as well.
6. Advil. But usually any pain killer. I try not to avoid drinking pain killers, but sometimes work + migraines = disaster.
7. Nail file & clippers are so essential. My nails are super fragile and the usually break randomly so I can always reach for my file and fix it and prevent it for breaking even more.
8. LIP stuff! I got lip balm, lip gloss and lip stick. My lip balm is EOS brand and I totally recommend it. Is about 3-5 dollars and it comes in different colors and flavors*? I just think is adorable too he he. For lip gloss I got Burts bee lip gloss and not only does it smells good it makes your lips look fuller and smooth! An for my lipstick I got Revlons baby pink (I think that's the name) is a little shimmery but is natural looking and it goes great with my lip gloss :)
9. Next I got Falsies mascara (MY FAVORITE!), maybellines water proof black eye pencil (for an express cat eye when I work in the AMs) & Bobby pins (you'd be surprise how much I use this Bobby pins!)
10. I love Sonia kashuk blushes & it helps that they are compact size and I can carry my favorite of the moment in my make up bag. This is "Melon" shade.
11. Mac powder!
12. This right here is pretty awesome. More details...now (#13)
13. yeah...make up brushes. I love this little thing because I hate walking around with big brushes and this case is thin & the brushes are high quality.
That's pretty much all. I'll try to do my whole bag :) which is not much he he.
BTW I'm sooo getting in the Xmas spirit. With thanksgiving so close and all :]

Take it off...
Last night I had this crazy urge to try something new on my nails, but I had the Shellac on. And even though I love Shellac it sucks soaking it off, specially because my hands feel all dry afterwards and they smell like acetone and all that jazz, but my mom taught me this trick a long time ago and I usually just use it for glitter nail polish, or dark nail polish or reds (because you know when you take off red nail polish your whole finger ends up red!) so here is what you need:
What you do is grab the acetone and soak the cotton ball or square (it doesnt matter) until is reaaaally wet, put it on top of your nail and wrap the tinfoil around the cotton and nail like this : >>>>>
Leave it for 3-5 minutes and when you take it off, ALL THE GLITTER, RED, BLACK, DARK, OR GELISH OR SHELLAC will be GONE!
After I was done I didnt know what to do with my nails so I just went with Sonia Kashuk Tauped nail polish... I love it soo much! :)
I hope you guys try the nail polish removing technique and have a great weekend. I am sick, so I have been in bed watching Gossip Girl and reading your blogs...You guys are awesome! :D

Bronzed Beauty
I went to Target today to get some soap and stuff he he & like always I stopped at the make up section just to check out what was new...I saw a tutorial by Michelle Phan about make up for girls with glasses (yes, I wear glasses regularly for work and contacts only on special occasions) and she used a very pretty gold color from Lancome, but I found this "Beauty Bronzed" eyeshadow quad by SONIA KASHUK that has a very pretty glittery gold and browns/bronze colors... I havent used it yet since I am speed blogging because I have to be on my way to work in 15 minutes but I took some pics so you guys can check it out...maybe tomorrow Ill try my make up and see how it turns out. So far is seems like a really good quality :)

BEST.MANICURE.EVER.
HEY GUYS!
I was just cleaning my room and realized how many nail polish I actually own...every color, every size, every brand out there! Yes, I am a nail freak (And toes lol) I love having color in my nails & toes even if they are natural. I am actually looking to buy a Nail polish rack for my room and organize them...Maybe when I find it and organize everything I will post a blog about how it turned out :]! Anyways, after trying all the colors I had in my collection I decided to just go get a mani/pedi since I have been working 56 hours a week PLUS going to school. I had acrylic nails for the longest time, but before I had my acrylic nails done I used this amazing thing called CND SHELLAC! and today I finally went back to it. I decided to soak my acrylic off {NEVER LET THE PERSON DOING YOUR NAILS TO RIP THEM OUT 1ST. IT HURTS. 2ND. IF IT HURTS IS DEFINITELY NOT DOING ANY GOOD TO YOUR REAL NAIL} and ask for CND SHELLAC manicure...and boy I AM IN HEAVEN!
I had acrylics for the longest time so my nails were pretty damaged, but they do not look damaged at all and they feel so strong and look so smooth...The nail salon I go to has very limited colors because not a lot of people know about it in my area, so I decided to go for a traditional french just until they get the darker reds, purples & browns, which are going to be perfect for FALL :]!
Here is their website if you want to do your own research, and look up salons that carry their products!
