I think my favorite thing about summer is neon, bold colors. And since I'm a little shy with my clothing, nails are the way to go with this trend. I have been looking for the nicki minaj && holland collection by OPI everywhere && it seems like they been selling like crazy! Today, I went to ULTA with my mom and went nail polish crazy with some nicki minaj && butter London nail polish! :)

Craving...

So, for the longest up until yesterday I was still craving that LACE dress. I went to a shopping center near my house before work and found this store called FRANCESCAS COLLECTION. And OMG there it was my lace dress waiting for me. It is short sleeve, but that way I can use it in all seasons. I also found another super adorable dress...maybe Ill do a mini haul so you guys can see because they are really cute. Anywayssss...the point is that once I got the dress out of my head I was able to see clearly and saw this beautiful NAIL POLISH:

FACETS OF FUSHIA!

I didnt get it at the time, because I remember I have a gift card to Target, so I wanna go back grab some Sonia kashuk brushes (I think those would be good as a give away since I talk a lot about them...what do you guys think about the giveaway? read my previous post :) ) and get this beautiful color...I am so excited. :D

Blah blah blah & nail polish.

Today I got sent home from work due to low blood pressure & extreme migraine. I've been trying to take care of myself but when you are a full time college student & work at a hospital stress level never really goes down (except when I shop, but then I'm out of money ha ha) so here I am trying to relax & decided to paint my nails while my boyfriend makes some dinner (I wonder what he is making!) Anyways, yesterday I went to Target & along with the harajuku mini stuff I got some mascara, lipsticks, make up remover & NAIL POLISH :)!!!

I'm gonna show you guys for fun :)

The nail polish I got was from Sonia Kashuk and it was $4.99. Is black with sparkles & is called "Starry night". I've owned other Sonia's nail polish and they are really great. They last forever on your nails and dry fast but not fast enough to make them look weird when u want to apply 2-3 coats. If you're into nail polish...TRY THEM!

Take it off...

Last night I had this crazy urge to try something new on my nails, but I had the Shellac on. And even though I love Shellac it sucks soaking it off, specially because my hands feel all dry afterwards and they smell like acetone and all that jazz, but my mom taught me this trick a long time ago and I usually just use it for glitter nail polish, or dark nail polish  or reds (because you know when you take off red nail polish your whole finger ends up red!) so here is what you need:

What you do is grab the acetone and soak the cotton ball or square (it doesnt matter) until is reaaaally wet, put it on top of your nail and wrap the tinfoil around the cotton and nail like this :  >>>>>




Leave it for 3-5 minutes and when you take it off, ALL THE GLITTER, RED, BLACK, DARK, OR GELISH OR SHELLAC will be GONE! 

After I was done I didnt know what to do with my nails so I just went with Sonia Kashuk Tauped nail polish... I love it soo much! :)

HEY GUYS!


I was just cleaning my room and realized how many nail polish I actually own...every color, every size, every brand out there! Yes, I am a nail freak (And toes lol) I love having color in my nails & toes even if they are natural. I am actually looking to buy a Nail polish rack for my room and organize them...Maybe when I find it and organize everything I will post a blog about how it turned out :]! Anyways, after trying all the colors I had in my collection I decided to just go get a mani/pedi since I have been working 56 hours a week PLUS going to school. I had acrylic nails for the longest time, but before I had my acrylic nails done I used this amazing thing called CND SHELLAC! and today I finally went back to it. I decided to soak my acrylic off {NEVER LET THE PERSON DOING YOUR NAILS TO RIP THEM OUT 1ST. IT HURTS. 2ND. IF IT HURTS IS DEFINITELY NOT DOING ANY GOOD TO YOUR REAL NAIL} and ask for CND SHELLAC manicure...and boy I AM IN HEAVEN! 

I had acrylics for the longest time so my nails were pretty damaged, but they do not look damaged at all and they feel so strong and look so smooth...The nail salon I go to has very limited colors because not a lot of people know about it in my area, so I decided to go for a traditional french just until they get the darker reds, purples & browns, which are going to be perfect for FALL :]!
